Karys Blakemore, a Mason Senior majoring in Foreign Languages/Spanish and in Russian & Eurasian Studies, has been selected for the Phi Beta Kappa Writing Internship. Karys was recommended for the internship by Dr. Lisa Rabin, in acknowledgment of her excellent writing in Spanish 390. Karys has also been cited for excellence in Russian Composition, most particularly, in Russian 302.

Congratulations, Karys, for this great honor! We are proud of you and look forward to your publications and to your success in years to come.
